Founded by an Operator
​
LUNA PARK HOSPITALITY was founded by Fabrizio Di Rienzo, a hospitality executive with deep operational experience across multi-unit restaurant groups.​
With a background as a Vice President of Operations, Fabrizio started his career as a Wine Sommelier and since then he has led teams, opened and managed restaurants, and built systems designed to perform in real-world environments—not just on paper.​
His experience spans high-volume concepts, elevated dining, and multi-location operations, with a consistent focus on execution, team performance, and guest experience.​​​

A Hands-On Approach to Leadership:​​ Fabrizio’s approach is rooted in one principle: "Operations must work on the floor" and not in theory, Not in presentations but during service, across every shift, with real teams.

He works directly within operations—creating, aligning, and implementing systems that bring clarity, accountability, and consistency across the business.​​​​​​​​​
